• What are your trading hours? 

Our current trading hours are: Mon-Sat - 9am-5pm. 

• Do I need to make an appointment? 

No need to book, just walk in!  

• Are you fragrances unisex? 

We make both men’s, women’s and unisex fragrances. Fragrances are a personal preference at the end of the day, just wear whatever you enjoy! 

• How long do I need to wait before using my fragrances? 

Please store your fragrances in a cool, dark place for a minimum of 7-10 days before using. This ensures that your fragrances can mature. 

• How long will it take for my fragrance to reach its full potential? 

If stored according to instructions, your fragrance should reach its full potential at 3 months. 

• Are your fragrances natural or synthetic? 

All fragrances—designer, niche, clones— are composed of aroma chemicals, essential oils + absolutes. 

• Do you make custom fragrances? 

Yes, we do! This currently an in-store only service. 

• Can you make me a custom fragrance from scratch? 

Unfortunately, no. Although we would love to offer this service, it can take up to a year to create a fragrance from scratch. This is a combination of trial and error, time constraints and resources.  What we can offer you is to build on a selected fragrance that's existing formula we have composed. We have 350 to choose from, thus far! 

• Can you clone yourself for me? 

No formulas available for this yet. Perhaps in the future. 

• Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges if a product is deemed faulty.

Fragrance is highly subjective, so we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges based on personal preference, change of mind, or scent expectations.

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos so we can review and assist you.
