GAIACWOOD

I got a free sample of Gaiacwood somewhere and was very impressed. Thankfully the physical store is just a simple drive away from home and I ended up going there to buy a full bottle just one week later. I have no idea what the original smells like since it appears to only be available in Japan, but I don't even care. It's the perfect soft, clean, woody scent imo that can be worn all year around on any occasion. Longevity is great too, especially on clothes. Even clothes I had washed still has remnants of Gaiacwood on it. Crazy! This is my 1st Jalu purchase and I will definitely be purchasing more in the future.

Starts out very smoky, like a bbq but then dries down to a beautiful musky wood. Really nice and lasts quite a while.

I was despairing because I was running out of the original and it's not available in Australia. Decided to try this on a whim and I'm so happy I did! After it dries down it smells amazing - just as good as the original. Very impressed and very happy with this perfume!

The opening is completely different to Original Le Labo Gaiac 10, Jalus is more herbal a harsh one but after 5 minutes mark you really can’t differentiate, it’s 100% same. I Almost marked it as disappointment because of the opening but im glad i waited it to dry down. Recommended and thanks jalu.
