Edit 2026 : He has gone and changed it, the new Iris Man Parfum is an inspiration of the 2025 Kurkdjian disappointment. Mr Jalu has done his best to make his version sweeter. over all it’s good, not a 1:1 but definitely more approachable than the original 2025 reformulation.
Original Irisman Parfum Firstly I want to say that this was a lovely fragrance.
This has been cooking for quite some time since the original purchase date and yes these do improve with time.
Having said that and now allowed everything to blend, I can say that this has gotten close..but it focuses more on the citrus and iris instead of the oud and rose.
The iris in this is more buttery than floral and the citrus is a little more zesty.
Jalu has a way of taking the original and making it more of a daily wear than a situational/occasional fragrance. This was one those cases.
Bring it back Ali! Your take on the original was one of the best out there!
